5+ years of .Net development experience;

Proficient with C# object oriented programming;

N-Tier architecture using pattern based development techniques (M-V-C & M-V-VM);

.Net clients -  ASP.Net WebForms & MCV / Silverlight / WPF / WinForms; 

ADO.NET and Entity Framework;

SQL Server RDBMS;

SharePoint experience: custom web parts, etc;

Distributed application technologies, web services, remoting, WSDL, SOAP, WCF, WF;

Agile SCRUM development methodology;

TDD, Unit Testing, & Integration Testing;

Recommend technical solutions to the team leads;

Guide and mentor less experienced .NET developers;
