Employees will be responsible for working with our clients on a number of different projects.

Required Skills: 
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related area is required. Master’s degree preferred. 
• 2 + years of full-time industry experience developing Object oriented applications using .Net technologies 
• Working experience a combination of the following; .Net Framework, ASP.NET, Visual Studio, AJAX, JavaScript, WPF, WCF, etc. 
• Experience with relational database development using MS SQL server, stored procedures and competencies in data modeling and database design 
• Demonstrated mastery of the full software development lifecycle including: gathering requirements, creating designs, implementing code, performing integration, writing documentation, testing applications, reviewing code, deployment, and maintenance/support. 
• Extensive knowledge of computer hardware and software. 
Responsibilities will include development of enhancements and maintenance to C#, .Net internal applications, often including gathering requirements, meeting with end users, designing a prototype and presenting the design, developing the accepted design, thoroughly testing the enhancement and aiding in implementing the enhancement. 
• Design, code, test, debug, and document newly written programs

• Must be enthusiastic, communicative and eager to learn. 
• Must be self-motivated, have the ability to work alone as well as in a team, to strict timelines. Versatility in handling multiple projects and re-prioritizations 
• Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences 
• Motivated individual with proven track record of on-time delivery 
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
